Graduated from University of Chile. Patricio has been with the firm since 1999. Admitted to the New York State Bar since 2009. From 2013 to 2015 he worked with Ernst & Young Boston as a Manager in the International Tax Services group.

During his professional practice, he has specialized in international and domestic tax matters, advising clients on various international taxation issues including cross-border tax planning structures and multinational corporate reorganizations, withholding taxes, antideferral rules and U.S. compliance matters. He advises foreign and domestic clients doing business in Chile on corporate and tax matters. Patricio has managed large scale international tax compliance projects, determining U.S. tax filing requirements based on FATCA and other U.S. laws. He has experience in commercial litigation before ordinary and arbitral courts in Chile.

Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University, New York. Advanced Business Certificate from Columbia University, New York. Master in Tax Management from Adolfo Ibáñez University, Santiago. He has taught American Corporate and Contract Law at Adolfo Ibáñez University Law School in Santiago.
